The location is great. It is easy to walk around and use public transport.

I found that the soundproofing was not good. You could hear noises from the corridor. I also heard music from the gym. the staff opened the door without asking even though we were inside.

the hotel location was very convenient for exploring the city. it was near the metro, shops, and various restaurants. i appreciated that the staff was consistently friendly and helpful (especially with directions). they even assisted in finding a ride to the airport after a road closure.

the bathroom door had a somewhat unusual design with wooden slats, which slightly reduced privacy.

The hotel's location was fantastic. the staff was proactive, even when my early flight landed at 4 am. They accommodated me right away. i really liked the convenience of the location and the quick check-in process was helpful. the hotel gave me a great first impression.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel's central location made exploring very easy. Access to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars was immediate. The Gran Via metro station is only a two-minute walk. The rooftop bar had amazing 360° views, and I enjoyed the plunge pool. The sports bar (on level 9) and restaurant are definitely worth a visit.

The wardrobe in the room was small. I had a Premium Balcony Room.
